Dear valued guest,

I’m full of excitement to announce our expected opening on Monday June 8, following our public health guidelines for businesses in phase 3.

Daily we’re all getting used to the new normal as we navigate through these changing times. We have been working hard behind the scenes preparing the salon for our client return.

As you can imagine there will be some changes in our routines to make sure we have the safest environment for you, our guests and our staff.

BOOKING:
We will only allow those clients/guest to enter who intend to purchase products or have an appointment booked.  At this time we cannot allow guest to bring family,  friends, or pets into the salon during appointment times.

ARRIVAL FOR APPOINTMENTS:
When you arrive for your scheduled appointment please call the salon before entering @782-2249.
We will be calling/txting guests to enter  inside the building when your service provider is ready to start your service.
Please wear a mask for the duration of your appointment ( masks behind the ears will be best for hair services)
(Please come alone and bring minimal items into the salon, if you can leave your jacket and personal items  in your car)

TIMING:
Please be patient with us as we all get accustomed to the “new normal”.  We will do our best to be on time for all appointments, however proper sanitation in between each guest will take some extra time.
Please don’t arrive more than 15mins early for your appointment.

SAFETY:
There will be a health questionnaire regarding standard COVID -19 symptoms to ensure safety prior to appointment start.
There will be a temperature check done once entering the building.
We will ask that when you enter the building that you use the hand sanitizer provided before your service provider takes you back for your appointment.
*for all spa appointments it will be mandatory for guest to wear their own mask that covers their mouth and nose as service provider will be in face to face contact*

We will be working while maintaining safe physical distancing during your service to the best of our ability.
However their may be times when a service provider or other guest may come into the radius. This must be understood by the guest and at their discretion if they are comfortable coming in for appointments.
There will be arrows on the floor to indicate direction of client/staff flow through out the salon.

DURING YOUR SERVICE:
We are only permitted to have a certain number of people in the salon at a time, to allow for us to get all clients serviced. We may ask that your hair colour processes in your car  if necessary to minimize number of guest in the salon at one time.

PAYMENT:
We request that when possible you use tap on your credit / debit card as opposed to cash to minimize contact.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you have a scheduled appointment and need to cancel, please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice when possible.
We have a huge number of guest requiring appointments and we want to maximize our time.
(*There will be a non refundable deposit taken for no show appointments to rebook).
